Development and Infrastructure

Development should be driven by the needs of our community with a mind towards longevity and environmental impact. As Nashville continues to grow, so does the need for walkable neighborhoods with sidewalks and protected bike lanes. 

There should also be renewed investment in our public transportation to ensure the city is accessible to our elderly and cost burdened neighbors. 

Additionally as Nashville continues to grow, our storm water infrastructure should be updated to assure that it can meet the increasing demands from more frequent extreme weather events to protect life and property.
